7:45 - Dave picks me up to chill on his last night in town. We hit up DQ and the mall where I got a pair of jean shorts (i havnt owned jean shorts since I was 8....

9:30 - Dave and I head back to his place and then go for a walk around Riverbend where I show him my old house and we tell fun stories on the tennis court :-p

~10:15 - All of the power goes out in Dave's neighborhood while we're walking back for no apparent reason...

10 Min. later - My mom calls me and tells me that a plane crashed somewhere in Sweetwater and to be careful with the traffic on the way home.

~10:30 - Dave and I go on the hunt for the crash before he drives me home....

11:00 - No luck on finding the crash so we just head back to my place... or so we thought

11:05 - Wekiva Springs is blocked off from Hunt Club to Welch road so there is no access to the entrance of my naighborhood. I figure we could cut through the Country Club and get to my place that way.... man was I wrong...

11:10 - A kind officer let us pass through in order to get to my house, but this involved Dave driving up to the golf course and dropping me off at the cart gate (~a mile from my house), me sqeezing through the side of said gate, and then my rents came to get me.... cause im lazy.

AN EFING PLANE CRASHED INTO THE GOLF COURSE ONE MILE FROM MY HOUSE.... WTF!

Talk about a Donnie Darko moment.
